Clinical Support Lead - Mental Health

About the Role

Jewish Care is seeking a dedicated and clinically experienced Clinical Support Lead Dementia & Mental Health to support

the Registered Manager and Care Management Teams across our specialist mental health residential care homes. This

pivotal role supports the effective day-to-day running of Sidney Corob House, providing care for adults aged 50+ with

mental health needs, and Jack Gardner House, a safe and welcoming home for Jewish adults aged 18+ with mental health

needs. You will play a key role in supporting clinical care delivery, coordinating assessments and reviews, promoting
