About the Role

Baird Wardis an acute respiratory/medical ward supported by ward-based Consultants. Patients are admitted from A&E, AAU,

and ITU/HDU when ready for ward-level care. Our goal is to deliver excellent patient care, reduce hospital stay length,

and maintain patient flow. This is achieved through daily multidisciplinary meetings involving the Hospital Intervention

Team, Social Services, medical teams, and nursing staff to review each patient’s needs, management plan, and discharge

pathway.

We are seeking experienced Clinical Support Workers. Hospital experience is desirable but not essential. Applicants must
