About the Role
The post holder will support the Nursing Team working within Brownlow Health in the delivery of the practice agenda.
This will include assisting the clinical team in the management of long- term conditions and general clinical duties.
The post holder will provide care to patients following practice protocols and national guidelines and competencies.
They will be expected to competently deliver service provision in the following areas
