An amazing opportunity has arisen to work with a dynamic forward thinking, diabetes and endocrinology team at East

Sussex NHS Trust.

Our aim is to maximise and deliver excellent patient care by using all the resources available. The patient will be at

the centre of everything you do whilst demonstrating a supportive, person-centred, and motivational approach with a

'can-do' attitude. You will be working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary teams dedicated to ensuring high

quality care of people with endocrine conditions in ESHT.
