About the Role

MacDonald Ward is an acute 28 bedded Complex Care Frailty ward caring for elderly patients. The team is both friendly

and supportive, with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of care,we are looking for highly motivated,

dynamic and passionateHealth Care Assistants.

You will care for frailty patients where staff can learn specialty care for those who may have multiple medical

conditions, are on multiple medications and often require specialist support at home or in their care homes. Staff will

also support patients who are acutely unwell, may also have poor recognition (dementia & delirium), difficulty in
