About the Role

Seaford Ward is a 27‑bed Elderly Care Ward with four six‑bedded bays and three side rooms. We care for patients with

multiple medical conditions, complex medication needs, and those requiring specialist support at home or in care

settings. Patients may be acutely unwell, have dementia or delirium, mobility difficulties, a history of falls, or

general frailty.

We are seeking experienced Clinical Support Workers. Hospital experience is desirable but not essential. Required

qualifications include GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4), or Functional Skills, and the Care Certificate and/or NVQ2 in
