Clinical Support Worker (Shand Ward)

About the Role

You will normally work 37.5 hours per week, across five days, which may include occasional evenings and weekends

depending on patients needs. In this role, you will support qualified nurses and other professionals within the wards

multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of activity-based group sessions,

as well as both group and individual 1:1 sessions. You will also assist the multidisciplinary team in delivering a

comprehensive programme of activities tailored to the needs of the patient group. At all times, you will work under the

supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the shift. You will be accountable to the Registered Nurse you are
