About the Role
The post holder:- Will perform agreed plans of patient care to identified groups of children/ young people without
direct supervision within the level of competency for the position. Complete competencies required for HCA working
within a specialist school including administration of medication management. Complete training in administration of
emergency medication as per careplan with support of nurse on site. All relevant training and competencies to complete.
Complete clear, accurate and precise documentation on system 1 of the care delivered during the school day. Act as a
resource for families and children with health care needs Work collaboratively with the acute ward, GPs, HVs and other
