About the Role
• The post holder will positively influence and improve the quality of the learning environment for pre-registration
nursing students by providing support, supervision and educational opportunities within the practice setting.
• The post holder will be expected to work clinically with students primarily in the paediatric practice setting to
provide support, to role model good practice and to contribute to the assessment of students.
• They will deliver relevant clinically focused teaching as part of a team within the all practice settings to enhance
local learning opportunities
