JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting 18-month secondment opportunity has arisen to join the Integrated Nursing Community Service as a Clinical
Team Leader. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinical team, working closely
with the Operations Manager and the other team leaders to ensure an integrated and organised approach to safe quality
service delivery across the Integrated Nursing and Conditions Service.
