About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader to work within the East Lancashire District Nursing

Service.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with substantial community experience at Band 6 level or above and who has, or is

working towards, a Community Specialist Practitioner Qualification in District Nursing. The successful candidate will

have a passion for District Nursing and continuous service development.

Ability to work contracted hours rotationally across day and night shifts, as reasonably required by the needs of the
