About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our Paediatric Hospital@Home service for a 12-month fixed
term contract for Maternity Leave cover as Clinical Team Leader.
This role is offered at 15 hours per week as part of a job share and the successful candidate will work 2x shifts per
week as part of a roster agreed with their line manager.
The H@H service is commissioned by NCL ICB and has provided positive patient experience and outcomes to children in
their own homes, who otherwise would have been admitted to Inpatient units. The function of the team will be to provide
