Senior Clinical Lead / Clinical Lead Nurse Location: Community-based, across allocated local packages in Cornwall

including St Austell, Bodmin, Perranporth, & Redruth. Professional Requirement: Registered Nurse (NMC) Role Purpose The

Clinical Team Leader is a registered nurse who combines direct clinical delivery with day-to-day leadership of care

teams within complex care packages. This is a hands-on clinical role. The postholder will work directly with clients

delivering clinical interventions while also supervising, supporting, and signing off competencies for Healthcare
