About the Role

please note we are recruiting registered mental health nurses only - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - The

ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team - Have a strong knowledge base of an inpatient service

- Be committed to providing the highest standards of care - An active role in the management of the ward including

appraisals, PADs, debriefs, staff support, clinical decision making & therapeutic risk taking. Experience in completing

audits supervision of staff role modelling and leadership
