About the Role

Herm Ward, based at Alderney Hospital in Poole, has an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Clinical Team Leader to join

the team on a full time permanent basis.

Herm Ward is a female older people ward, with a total of 23 beds providing a high quality of care and treatment for

patients who have been diagnosed with dementia. The purpose of the ward is to offer comprehensive assessments, treatment
