Clinical Unit Manager

About the Role

Westerton Care Home is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional care. This role requires a dedicated nurse with strong leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and to inspire a culture of compassion and respect among staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing and care team.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and safety standards.
• Act as a named Nurse for residents with complex needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Deputise for the Home Manager when required.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical knowledge and application skills.
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing environment.
• Experience with older people is desirable.
• Proactive and compassionate approach to care.
