Clinical Unit Manager - Edinburgh

About the Role

As the Clinical Unit Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the clinical team and the delivery of care

throughout the home. You will lead, support and mentor staff, ensuring residents receive safe, personalised and

high-quality care at all times. Your role will include overseeing clinical governance, supporting residents with complex

needs, promoting best practice, and stepping in for the Home Manager when required. Your guidance, expertise and

leadership will ensure a well-run, compassionate and effective environment.
