About the Role

The key role of the Vascular Scientist will be to work independently performing, interpreting and reporting a range of

highly specialised diagnostic investigations including Doppler blood flow analysis for Vascular Surgery and other

specialities within the UCHW and surrounding hospitals that we offer a service for.

The post holder will participate in research, trials and clinical audit. The post holder will be responsible for

training junior members of staff and assisting with managerial duties directed by the head of department. The post

holder will also contribute towards departmental commitments for training external staff.
