About the Role

To process referrals in a timely manner, highlight and resolve any issues or incomplete information with proactive

liaison with the referral single point of contact or referrers.

To ensure systems are in place to ensure appropriate therapy reviews are undertaken by team members.

To act as coordinator to ensure actions and tasks by members of the multidisciplinary have been completed in a timely

manner.

To support allocation of appointments for the team.
