About the Role

Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group College Community Support Officer [Ref: NBK3400] Pro rata of

£27,785 to £30,364 per annum (i.e. £23,082.92 - £25,225.47) 37 hours per week, 36 weeks per year Are you a charismatic,

determined and confident person who has the ability and skills to engage hard to reach groups and disengaged students as

well as to develop and co-ordinate activities that promote social cohesion and integration? As our College Community

Support Officer, you will provide the first response to incidents across the College site, assist Managers or

appropriate College staff to adopt a collaborative problem-solving approach to highlighted issues and to implement
