About the Role

The Colorectal Cancer Support Nurse will be expected to exhibit specific skills in the management of disorders of the

upper & lower gastrointestinal tract arising from the straight to test service. This will include undertaking

assessment, education and counselling wherever appropriate.

The post holder will work closely with the Colorectal CNS, endoscopy team, pathology, radiology and colorectal MDT

coordinator, in the trust and have a clinical commitment to the straight to test and endoscopy services.
