About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UHD Colorectal CNS team. We have the opportunity for a permanent post
working across both sites of Bournemouth and Poole hospital. The successful applicant will work alongside the current
Colorectal Cancer CNS Team in Poole.
The Band 6 Colorectal Cancer CNS plays a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based, holistic care to patients
with suspected or confirmed colorectal cancer throughout their pathway — from diagnosis through treatment to
survivorship or palliative care.
