An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative individual to work as a Patient Navigator within the

Colorectal cancer nursing service, within the Surgical Directorate. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who

will embrace this exciting and rewarding role.

The post holder will be an integral part of the Colorectal cancer nursing team and will assist, support and co-ordinate

the pathway for their patients.
