About the Role

Key Responsibilities Working within a team of Personalised Healthcare Commissioning Assessors, taking a lead role in

complex cases, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered, supporting and mentoring staff to achieve continuous

improvement Managing a caseload of patients and contributing to performance improvement, taking a lead for identified

areas, where agreed Managing a defined caseload for those with complex health needs Managing staff in line with regional

and local HR policies Facilitating and contributing to multi-disciplinary assessments and patient reviews in line with

standard operating procedures Active involvement in the recruitment of junior members of staff Supporting the
