(FE) / SEN / Communication Support About the Role We are seeking an experienced Communication Support Worker (CSW) with

strong British Sign Language (BSL) skills to provide in-class and 1:1 support for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students at a

welcoming and inclusive college in South East London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving access

to education for Deaf learners, ensuring full inclusion and equal participation across all lessons and campus
