Communications Support Worker
About the Role
To work with ELC settings and primary schools to develop resources to support children and young people with complex
needs that face communication challenges. To work with education providers and partners to promote inclusive practice
and communication friendly learning environments. Through a focus on a variety of communication strategies including
supporting with the use of digital resources and creation of additional resources for use in schools. You will work with
colleagues to establish collaborative relationships to benefit children and young people that face communication
challenges and to enable them to promote independence, resilience, and engagement with learning.
