Community Alcohol Nurse

About the Role

1. To provide support of the team ensuring processes are in place for the delivery of safe, compassionate care in

accordance with Trust policies and procedures. 2. Work closely with the Royal Stoke Hospital and the Edward Myers Unit

with a strong a focus on continued home detoxification and continued alcohol detoxification work with patients who have

been referred for treatment. 3. To work collaboratively with other services to provide interventions to support and

motivate service users and meet their needs through all stages of their individual recovery journey. 4. To contribute to

the supportive leadership and governance of the clinical team. Supporting the multi-disciplinary team of staff in the
