About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and highly skilled Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our Diabetes

Service, delivering high-quality care across community and antenatal settings.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a transformational programme of work, with a strong emphasis on

digital innovation, virtual care and the expanded use of diabetes technology to improve patient outcomes and experience.

This post is being offered as 1.6 FTE to be shared between the successful candidates. Part time or full-time hours will

be considered.
