Community-based Band 3 Health Care Assistant (Day shifts)

a Registered Nurse both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, high quality care to

palliative and end of life care patients, their carers and relatives in the Community and /or on our Inpatient Unit. To

participate in a seven day per week operational service at the moment we are recruiting for day shifts only.
