About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled Band 6 Community Nurses to join our Thanet Community Nursing Teams, to be

based at our brand new £10million state-of-the-art Thanet Health Hub.

Our award-winning service brings together a skilled group of nurses, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists,

counsellors, cardiac rehab assistants, practitioners, an occupational therapist, administrators, and volunteers.

We provide physical, social, and psychological rehabilitation through a variety of options tailored to each patient’s

needs and preferences. In this role, you’ll deliver cardiac rehab services across an allocated area of East Kent and
