About the Role

We have an exciting role on offer within our, Prevention, Provider & Support service as a Community Care Assistant.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our established team at the Community

Inclusion Day Service.

You will provide direct care and support to adults with autism and associated learning disabilities. This includes

planning and delivering, person-centred, creative support programmes that enhance people’s lives and learning.
