About the Role

We are seeking a Community Chemotherapy Nurse to deliver oncology treatments in patients' homes across Glasgow. This role offers a chance to work independently while being part of a supportive team, providing essential care and making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct blood tests and toxicity assessments.
  • Administer IV and oral chemotherapy.
  • Perform pump disconnections and line care.
  • Provide IM/SC injections.
  • Stay connected with a supportive nursing team.
  • Keep up-to-date with oncology technologies and therapies.

Requirements

  • Active NMC Pin as a Registered RGN Nurse.
  • Experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy.
  • Skills in cannulation and venepuncture.
  • Valid driving licence is essential.
  • SACT Passport or equivalent qualification is essential.
