About the Role
This band 5 role is suitable for a newly qualified children's nurse or children's nurse ready to move from hospital to
community nursing, looking to work within the community children's nursing services. This role provides an opportunity
to consolidate learning and gain autonomous clinical skills and expertise across nursing pathways, working in community
settings. This role also provides opportunities to rotate within the wider community children's nursing service as part
of a band 5 rotation/development to develop clinical skills and expertise within specialist school nursing team.
