We have an exciting opportunity of a community CNS position at Meadow House hospice to help deliver the new North West

London model of specialist palliative care. This new model allows for an increase in visiting hours for patients,

improving their access to timely care. The hospice provides a specialist palliative care service for the residents of

Ealing and Hounslow. The Specialist Palliative Service comprises of a 15 bedded in-patient unit, allied health

professionals and and a large community team.
