Community Clinical Support Worker

About the Role

We require a Health Care Assistant with NVQ level 3 in health and social care who has excellent communication skills and

is confident working across professional boundaries. You will need to be flexible, adaptable & a good team player with

the ability to work independently within a community setting. You will be prepared to work all shift patterns within the

locality including early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays. There may also be the need to provide cover for

the out of hours District Nursing team.
