About the Role

There is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Consultant in the Families and Integrated Community

Care.

This post is up to 10 PA’s and is to support Community Paediatrics in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, along with

supporting the well developed neurodevelopmental pathway as the team continues to ensure the delivery of high-quality

regional level. The candidate will also work closely with our amazing team at Blanheim Child Development Centre.
