Community Dietetic Assistant Practitioner - 28.5 hours per week - fixed term until October 2026
As part of the Community Dietetic Service, you will assist the registered dietitians with the assessment, implementation
and monitoring of nutritional care plans for adult patients referred to the service.
You will spend time with patients and carers to optimise patients nutritional intake via implementing and monitoring
nutritional care plans.
