About the Role

We have a new band 5 vacancy to work within the Community Nutrition Service in Manchester.

The successful candidate will work across Manchester Community supporting patients in their own home, residential /

nursing home and clinic settings. This post is to cover adult services.

Our caseload includes support for patients with a variety of different clinical conditions for example cancer, dementia,

respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal conditions and age related illness.

We work closely with our community colleagues across the MDT to provide high quality patient care.
