About the Role
• To work as an autonomous practitioner within an integrated team, supporting the delivery of the EPUT vision of
patients being seen by the right person, with the right skills at the right time.
To lead a team of mixed skill community nursing staff to manage appropriate care for patients in their own
home/community setting
• To manage the complex role of Community Nurse over a defined area, with a commitment to the health improvement of
individuals, families and the community.
