About the Role
Key responsibilities: To be the key liaison between the Stop Smoking Service and the GP Practices, as well as other
primary health care settings, acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any queries or questions and provide
additional support.o be able to fully explain how the Service operates, including how to refer to the service and what
stop smoking support aids are available to support them This includes undertaking relevant training on NRT, vapes and
Pharmacotherapy Supporting clients within Darlington to refer to the stop smoking service or begin the behaviour change
journey Providing continuous support to people to make the decision to make a quit attempt or to try again. Provide Mini
