About the Role
Do you want to make a difference to someone’s ability to remain safe and independent in their own homes?
Do you have experienceof working in the community as a HCA, reablement support worker, Rehabilitation support worker,
Therapy assistant, Therapy Technician.
Do you enjoy working in Lutoncommunity providing a prevention and rapid intervention service for people who have fallen
or at risk of falls?
The service works shifts from 8pm until 6pm, 7 days per week with weekend work on a rota basis. A typical shift pattern
