About the Role

Band 3 Community Healthcare Assistant vacancy for Poole North District Nursing service.

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with good communication skills and a passion for caring for

patients in their own homes.

Experience of clinical work in the community is desirable but training will be offered to the successful applicant.

There is an expectation that the successful candidate will undertake our in house development program for extended

skills which will involve insulin administration, administration of other injectables and catheterisation.
