About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 registered nurse to join our team of IV therapy community nurses. We are

looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the achievement of excellent standards of quality care

for our patients. In return for this commitment, we will support and aid development in fulfilling this role within our

friendly Trust. We provide a 7-day service which consists of visiting patients in their own home and some inpatient

units, administering intravenous medications whilst carrying out holistic assessments as part of the nursing process.
