About the Role
Serving people with learning disabilities within the London Borough of Harrow under the Harrow Community Learning
Disabilities Service.
This is an integrated health and social care multidisciplinary service; whichworks collaboratively with other local
health and social care provider services who work with adults with learning disabilities. Plus, mainstream services
including acute to ensure that all health needs and outcomes are met for all the patients.
