Community Learning Disability Nurse
About the Role
Applicants must be an RNLD/ have a Diploma in Learning Disability Nursing and be registered with the NMC. You will be
responsible for managing a busy caseload To work autonomously and also as a member of the team To work intensively to
provide assessment and treatment to individuals within the community who may be experiencing mental health issues or
displaying behaviours that challenge. To work with patients, families, carers, social care and external providers To be
duty worker responsible for managing the shift You will participate fully as a multidisciplinary team member working in
partnership with social care and voluntary/independent sector providers. To work shifts to cover a 7 day service. This
