About the Role
Band 4 - Community Liaison Officer - Community Liver Health Check Service, Hepatology, Gastroenterology
An exciting Fixed Term opportunity - initially for 1 year - for a dedicated Band 4 Community Liaison Officer to join our
Hepatology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team. The post-holder will primarily contribute to our Community Liver Health
Check work, which delivers specialist liver care in community settings. To support identification and early diagnosis of
liver disease, but will be expected and encouraged to work within the broader Liver CNS team.
The successful candidate will deliver direct patient care in a health care support role as part of the Community Liver
