About the Role
Community Living Support Workers required to work with our client, Northern Health and Social Care Trust located in
Ballymena on a temporary ongoing basis to support the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and
families. The post holder will carry a caseload, contributing actively to the assessment, planning, and review process
alongside the wider social work team.
Candidates will work alongside the Band 4 Social Work Assistants who will play a key role in gathering information,
supporting assessments, and ensuring effective service delivery.
