About the Role

Felixstowe Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) has a unique opening for a B7 Community Matron working 30 hours per week

alongside other Health and Social Care professionals.

You will specialise in managing patients with long term conditions such as COPD and responding to acute medical episodes

/ exacerbation of these conditions.

You will also have completed specialist post graduate training with skills developed in advanced medical assessment with

a non-medical prescribing element. You will need to work mainly autonomously and to work as part of the wider
