About the Role

Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC) with substantial postregistration experience. Demonstrated expertise in older adult

mental health, dementia care, or complex community mental health. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising

or mentoring staff. Advanced assessment, formulation, and riskmanagement capabilities. Excellent communication,

negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to equality, diversity, and traumainformed, personcentred care. Nonmedical prescribing qualification (or
