About the Role

The 24/7 Community Mental Health Neighbourhood Centre in the West of the City of York has been developed as part of a

longstanding ambition by the Mental Health partnership, in response to wider stakeholder events that identified that a

person centred, transformative approach was needed to improve the outcomes of people with mental health needs in the

city of York. We are looking for an exceptional individual to be involved in this exciting and dynamic process to

further develop the Hubs in York. The successful individual will be required to work within a multi-agency hub team and

inform the development and integration of services within the Hub. The Hub team will consist of members of clinical
