assertive outreach pathway as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and a
highly organised mental health professional who is able to provide high quality nursing care, assessment and treatment.
The Psychosis Team is inclusive of The Psychosis Pathway, Assertive Outreach, At Risk Mental State, Early Intervention
in Psychosis. This role will be based in the assertive outreach pathway.
